What a fabulous mum...so happy and contented. Purring her little brains out
This little one kept wandering off away from the others
We are pleased to announce kitty had her little brood of 6 around lunchtime today. She and babies are all well and happy, kitty had a big feed of steak and sardines and enjoyed lots of cuddles from staff.
She is not available for adoption but her babies will be once old enough for desexing. 4 black and 2 tabbies
At 9 years old Shimla is recovering not only from a paralysis tick, but her owners could no longer keep her. She is depressed, although still absolutely appreciates some loving words and a scritch under the chin. We are anxious to find her a caring home as a shelter is a hard place to be for an older girl used to a home. She is Persian x Himalayan and gentle, sweet and intelligent.
Donation of saleable itemsIf you have any clean furniture, bric-a-brac, books, cd's etc that you would like to donate,Please ring Jean # 66191787 or 0411032905Our adoption fees do not cover Vet bills and supplies. We are run and staffed entirely by volunteers , so to stay operational we must also have market stalls/garage sales/street stalls etc.If you would like to offer goods or help on any of the fundraisers for an hour or two, we would be very grateful. It is fun, too.Volunteers are still needed to assist with the care of PetsForLife's many kittens.
We are a non euthanase shelter, self funded.
We are very grateful to our generous sponsors
